The journey started from his engineering days in 2015, when he discovered an unshakable passion for human physiology and nutrition science. Despite financial constraints, he:

  • Devoured peer-reviewed research on muscle hypertrophy, metabolic conditioning, and sports nutrition
  • Tested every theory on himself – from macro ratios to recovery protocols
  • Built a proven training system now trusted by 100+ clients in Surat
